How Can Burdens Do Body Good? Meeting Life's Challenges with Strength (and Soul)
by Michele Howe
(LaSalle, MI, US)
There is a new women's inspirational health resource titled, Burdens Do a Body Good: Meeting Life's Challenges with Strength (and Soul) coming out on 4/15/10 and co-authored with my orthopedic surgeon Dr Christopher A Foetisch.
This book came about after I went through four shoulder surgeries and Dr Foetisch and I began writing on women's inspirational and health topics. For me personally, I learned that Burdens Do a Body Good from every standpoint, be it emotional or physical.
